This page is for students who have been referred from WVU Morgantown. This might not be the plan you started out with, but it is a chance to get started on your college career at an incredibly strong school with a culture that revolves around student success.

WVU Tech is part of the WVU system. We offer four-year degrees in a wide range of fields, including science, engineering, business, humanities and social sciences.

This is a great place to earn your degree in a small, comfortable environment. And since you’re part of WVU, you still have access to those big university resources. Your credits are transferrable within the system, too, so transferring between campuses – including WVU in Morgantown and Potomac State College in Keyser – is an easy process if that becomes part of your plan in the future.

The good news is that you’ve already been accepted to WVU Tech if you have been referred to us by WVU in Morgantown, so there’s no need to apply again. (Students who have been referred to us by Potomac State College should call us at 888.554.8324.)

There are just a few steps you need to complete to get started on your degree with us:

Step 1: If you haven’t already, file your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Our code is  003827. Also, don’t forget to check out our scholarships and financial aid opportunities.

Step 2: Learn about our residence life on campus and sign up for housing.

Step 3: Schedule a campus visit.
